- Agreement to These Terms

operated by CourseJournal, Inc. (“CourseJournal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site,
you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. - About the Site
CourseJournal is an independent publication that publishes reviews, comparisons, guides, and other
editorial content about online courses, software tools, certifications, and career development. The Site

WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. - Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COURSEJOURNAL, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES,
AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS
— ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT OR
SERVICE LINKED FROM THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT
EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN
